To my dearest Helen. Losing you to this life is the worst that could have happened. Your beauty, bravery and determination in facing this ghastly disease has been unforgettable. It has been my honour and privilege to have had you as such a wonderful friend. I wish with all my heart that we had all had you for longer. You told me to often remember the good times we had, our best days, and i will. Not tears but your sense of fun and laughter , the music you introduced me to, and the love we had for each other.
